Normally quite good. Used them many times over the last 20 years, but there's a new bloke told me he couldn't guarantee what length battens they have because they didn't know how tall the trees would grow, then stopped mid quote to answer the phone and sort someone else's detailed quote instead. Like I said, used to be quite good
